Are you looking for some new tools and a few new tips to use them? Today Angie shares three core moves using small, soft, stability balls. Small balls are light, versatile, and great for participants of all ages and abilities. They help build body awareness by increasing balance challenges and they’re great at stabilizing and strengthening the core. They’re also colorful and whimsical, so they seem deceptively easy- though we know they’re not.
