As instructors, we’re social, energetic people, and our bucket feels full when we’re helping others; but it’s no secret that if we fail to nurture our own needs, we risk burnout, stress, frustration, fatigue, and even resentment. It's important that we don't get so caught up in pleasing others, that we put our personal needs aside.
