Words matter, and the words we use impact mindset of our participants. While our intentions are good, sometimes words meant to motivate and inspire can have the opposite effect, creating feelings of competition, or even comparisons, the ultimate thief of joy. This week, Angie shares some words you may want to stay away from when cueing your participants, and some positive cues that will inspire them to the next level.
