Cardio Modifications

Dance, step, cardio kickboxing, and other cardio based classes are a great way to get our members moving, and modifications make all the difference when we teach these formats. Understanding how to vary intensity, and show options for beginning, intermediate, and advanced exercisers is critical for safe, effective instruction.
