I know it’s hard to imagine, but some people don’t like group fitness classes. As much as we love the energy and connection of groups moving together for a common purpose, it can seem pretty scary to those who’ve never tried it or have had a bad experience. This week, Angie shares some of the reasons that people don’t like group fitness classes, and what we can do to make it more enjoyable for everyone.
