Yoga, that place we go to bend, stretch, be one with our breath. It sounds so relaxing and inviting, so why is it so scary? The truth is, there are a lot of stereotypes and misconceptions about yoga, but those of us who practice and teach yoga know that it can transform the mind and body. Today, Angie shares five yoga fears and five truths to tackle those fears, to help remind you and your members why yoga is a great way to feel better, inside and out.
