Help Class Participants Make the Most of Every Moment

As global group fitness leaders, we can give our participants more than the gift of sweat. When we share mindset strategies and motivational messages, we create a positive climate in our classes. This week Angie shares how to take advantage of time, and make the most of every moment. Your participants will leave the room feeling physically and mentally inspired. Best of all they'll appreciate the message, "Today is the youngest you'll ever be, so make it a day to remember."
