Today Angie shows you a movement series that you can implement into your strength training classes or other fusion formats. You’ll see how easy it is to layer exercises, and to make them more dynamic and challenging with simple movement variation. The focus of this workout is legs, shoulders, and biceps, but you can add exercises that target other areas of the body and match the level of your participants.
