As group fitness instructors we teach potentially hundreds of participants every week, and that means that things can and will go wrong. Some obstacles are self-created, and some occur simply because we’re dealing with people of all ages, abilities, and personalities. This week, Angie shares some mistakes, challenges, and embarrassing moments fellow instructors have faced.
