As group fitness instructors, we put a lot of time into taking care of our participants. Sometimes we get so caught up in pleasing others that we put our personal needs aside. After awhile, it can be a real challenge to give away what we don't have and that's why self-care is so critical. This week, Angie shares three tips for instructor self-care that are easy to practice, don't take any time, and give us back the time we need.
