Christine Woods
Christine Woods is a Fitness Expert and Lifestyle Coach who enjoys coaching clients on how to live healthier, happier, more active and fulfilling lives through sustainable lifestyle change. Christine began her more than 25 years’ professional experience as an AFAA group exercise instructor and personal trainer. After receiving her Master’s degree in Exercise Physiology, she worked in both inpatient and outpatient cardiac and pulmonary rehabilitation as a Clinical Exercise Physiologist. Christine has spent the last 17 years in higher education as adjunct faculty and working in Phase III cardiac rehab. As an educator, Christine also works for the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and the Athletic and Fitness Association of America (AFAA), providing fitness instructor training through live workshops Christine holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology and a master’s degree in exercise physiology. Certifications: ACSM-CEP, NSCA-CSCS, AFAA-GFI, Precision Nutrition Level 1 Certified.
