Cueing Tips for Group Fitness Instruction

Whether you teach yoga, step, or strength classes, cue before you do is the golden rule in group fitness instruction. As leaders of large groups we know that we're only as effective as the quality of instruction we provide. No matter how creative our choreography or how energetic our personality, efficient, timely cueing is what matters most as we guide our participants through the workout.
